Matched to your numbering
The easiest way is to order the boxes together with your chair numbers, row signs or tube clips, then inserts, quantity and sequence match from the start. We also make inserts for existing numbering: send us a sign or a photo with dimensions.
Typical set-up: one box per block or section of the hall, trays ordered by row. Your team seats the hall without sorting, and at take-down every number goes straight back to its slot.
Do the boxes fit signs we already have?
Yes. We make the inserts to your sign shape, send us a sample sign or a photo with dimensions and we lay out the slots accordingly.
How many signs fit in one box?
That depends on the shape and size of your signs. We plan the inserts so your number sequence is split sensibly, e.g. one tray per row. Tell us your rows and seats and we will propose a layout.
Are the boxes stackable and safe for transport?
Yes. The boxes stack and close with a lid, for storage, transport and rental.
Can we order boxes later?
Yes, at any time. Ordering together with the numbering makes matching inserts and quantities easiest.
