Clip-on chair numbers, made to fit your chair model
Individually bent clip-on numbers for backrests and upholstered edges: clip on without tools, sit firmly, remove without residue.
What is chair numbering?
Chair numbering identifies every seat with a unique number, the basis for reserved seating, seating plans and fast admission. With clip-on numbers, the number sits on a precisely bent clip that slides onto the backrest or seat edge without tools.
Made for your chair model
Catalogue chair clips rarely fit properly: they wobble, scratch the chair or fall off when stacking. That is why our clip-on chair numbers are bent individually to your chair model, whether thin wooden backrest, thick upholstered edge or plastic shell.
- Bent to fit from a photo or sample chair, sits firmly without pinching
- Mounted in seconds: clip on instead of drilling or gluing
- Removable without residue, ideal for changing seating plans
- Double-sided printing, e.g. seat number on the front, row on the back
- Sequential numbering in any series, reorderable at any time

Printing: pad printing or UV full colour
Classic black or white numbers are made by abrasion-resistant pad printing. For logos or colours we use UV full-colour printing, economical even for small quantities. For accessible seating we add tactile Braille on request.
Typical venues: theatres, town halls, churches, auditoriums, conference rooms and event rental. For chair rows we also recommend our row numbering, for tube frames the tube clips.
What do you need from us for a quote?
A photo of your chair (backrest from the front and side), the numbering you need (e.g. 1–250) and the approximate quantity. A sample chair by post makes the fit perfect.
Do the numbers stay on when chairs are stacked?
Yes, thanks to the precise bend the signs sit tightly on the backrest. On request we make the grip deliberately firmer or easier to release.
Can single numbers be reordered?
At any time. Because we work without expensive printing tools, single pieces or small top-up runs are economical too.
