Seat numbering with Braille
Tactile seat and row numbers for accessible venues. Braille and raised profile lettering, combined with clear visual print.
What is accessible seat numbering?
Accessible seat numbering adds tactile elements. Braille dots or raised digits, to the visible seat and row number so that blind and visually impaired guests can find their seat independently. Thanks to the clip design it can be retrofitted in existing halls.
Tactile seat and row numbers
Public buildings, theatres and churches open their doors to all guests. Our seat numbers with Braille let blind and visually impaired people find their seat independently, without disturbing the design of your seating.
- Tactile Braille dots in addition to the clearly legible printed number
- Raised profile lettering on request (tangible digits)
- High-contrast design for the visually impaired (light/dark)
- One sign, all information: row and seat combined
- Supports accessibility requirements (e.g. DIN 18040)

Easy to retrofit
Because our signs simply clip on, an existing hall can be made accessible without any conversion, even for selected rows or seats only. Combine with row signs and full-colour printing.
What is written in Braille?
Usually row and seat number, e.g. “R5 S12”. We advise on a sensible short form so the lettering remains quick to read by touch.
Are the Braille dots durable?
Yes, the dots are applied permanently in relief and withstand daily use just like the printed number.
Can only individual seats be equipped?
Yes, with no minimum order you can equip only the aisle seats or certain rows with Braille, and add more later.
